When partnering with Jenkins-Essex in a Design-Build project, the owner manages a single contract rather than managing an architect and contractor separately. One of the clearest benefits to the owner in this situation is that a single entity is solely responsible for the delivery of the project, which reduces the owner’s risk.

As a Design-Build team, we are able to enhance budget control, accelerate construction schedules as well as prevent discrepancies between the architectural and construction teams.
