A total renovation and rebranding of the former Toyota dealership into the new Swope Hyundai. Included all new showroom interior, an upgraded service area and exterior cladding system to create the new Hyundai image for North American dealerships. This project was completed in a very compact 90-day schedule window between Toyota moving to their new building (also a Jenkins-Essex project) and Hyundai moving from their old location.
