As a Construction Manager, Jenkins-Essex Construction brings expert supervision and administration to a project. Acting as an extension of the client’s own staff, we bring value to every phase of the construction process. To start, we work with the client’s architect to develop plans and specifications, select the systems and materials that meet the client’s specs and budget, estimate costs and develop the construction schedule. While the owner holds all individual contracts, we step in to manage those contracts, from the initial bid phase to processing payments. Also as Construction Manager, our expert team supervises all on-site work.
